Every store is a location with its own geofence. The schedule is published per store, staff swap shifts in the marketplace with your approval, and timesheets are approved and exported per period.

One location per store

Staff tap in at the store they work in. Sessions are tied to the right place, also for those who work in several.

Build the schedule per day or with a template, publish, and let staff fill gaps through the marketplace.

Payroll per store or combined

Approved hours are exported as CSV with the columns you choose, ready for the payroll system.

How it works

A working day across two stores

  • The manager publishes shifts for the stores. Employees see their shifts in the app before the working day starts.
  • Employees clock in and out at the store where they work. Each session is linked to the right location, even when one person works at both stores.
  • The manager reviews and approves the hours in the portal. Approved hours are exported as payroll input, not as a completed wage payment.

Who manages shifts and timesheets?

Managers and administrators do this in the portal. Employees see their own shifts and hours in the app, while access and approval are controlled by the roles you configure.

Does it work for staff who work in several stores?

Yes. An employee can tap in at every location you have set up, and sessions are tied to the place where they happened.

Can we use checklists for opening and closing?

Yes. Tasks and checklists are assigned per location and can require photo evidence, for example of the till count or the locked door.

Employees tap in when the shift starts and out when it ends, on their own phone. You get the sessions grouped per employee and period, review, approve and export. No paper, no spreadsheets, no chasing.
