Technical transparency

What gets logged
And what the logs are used for.

This page describes at a high level which types of events TapInn typically logs for operations, security, troubleshooting and audit.

Details

Explained in practice.

Authentication events

Login, refresh, rejected attempts, session errors and similar events are typically logged to protect the system and understand auth issues.

API errors

Server errors, validation errors and unexpected exceptions may be logged to make debugging and improvement possible.

Rate limiting and abuse signals

When the system slows down or rejects repeated sensitive calls, it is useful to have a trail to understand the pattern and judge whether it is normal use or abuse.

Important admin and system events

Changes to core setup, roles or tenant-related actions should have a clear audit trail, especially on administrative surfaces.
