Many properties, one picture.

Every property is a location. Staff tap in on site, work through the checklist and report deviations with photo and comment. Timesheets are approved and exported to payroll, and every session can be traced to place and time.

Attendance per property

The tap is confirmed against the geofence around the property. Between properties the app does not use position.

Deviations with a photo

Broken lock, leak, missing lighting: record the deviation where it stands, with photo and comment, tied to the property.

Traceability when someone asks

Who was at the property, when, and what was done. The answer is in the portal, not in someone's inbox.

Facility

We run more than ten properties. Does TapInn fit?

Yes. Growth covers up to ten locations, and beyond that we agree an Enterprise plan with a dedicated contact and onboarding.

Can we document HSE rounds?

Checklists can require photo evidence and a comment per point, and every completion is tied to place, time and person. That gives a traceable record, but TapInn is not a full HSE system.

What happens to position between properties?

Nothing. TapInn uses position only at the moment of the tap. The drive between two properties is not recorded.

Time tracking

Employees tap in when the shift starts and out when it ends, on their own phone. You get the sessions grouped per employee and period, review, approve and export. No paper, no spreadsheets, no chasing.
