Data processing
in TapInn.

This is an English translation provided for convenience; the Norwegian version is the legally binding text. APREX AS processes personal data to deliver TapInn, administer the customer relationship, secure login, document working hours and support the customer's operations.

Details

Explained in practice.

What data is processed

Name, email, phone, role, workplace, work sessions, timestamps for check-in, break and check-out, point-in-time location at check-in and check-out, shift schedule, absence, messages, tasks, attachments and authentication data.

Purpose

The purposes are to deliver and improve TapInn, document working hours, give employers the administration they need, provide support, follow up errors and security, produce aggregated usage statistics, and meet statutory obligations.

Legal basis

The processing is based on contractual obligations, a legitimate interest in operations and security, and the employer’s lawful need for working-time documentation. Consent is used where required.

Point-in-time data, not surveillance

Location data is only used for specific actions. TapInn does not build route history or continuous movement profiles.

Analytics and telemetry

Vercel Analytics is used for aggregated usage statistics, Speed Insights for anonymous Core Web Vitals, and Sentry for error monitoring and performance tracing. This is operational and product-improvement data, not ad profiling. Token-bearing pages are excluded from Vercel measurement.
